What is your lead time for orders?

Typically, we require about 4-6 weeks notice for orders

Can I request a sample or tasting before placing a larger order?

We do not offer tasting sessions at this time

Where do I put the cake in my car?

Place the cake box on the floor of either the front or back passenger seat.

For 2-tier cakes or larger, it's recommended to put them on the backseat floor.

We do not recommend having a passenger hold the cake on their lap.

How should I prepare for pickup?

Ensure your car's AC is on (no heat).

Make sure there is enough room in your vehicle for the order you are about to pickup, ideally with an empty backseat.

How should I drive with cake in the car?

Drive slowly and carefully, avoiding sudden stops or turns that may damage your cake.

How long will the cake stay fresh?

Cakes will stay fresh for up to 3 days when stored in the refrigerator. To maintain the best flavor and texture, be sure to take the cake out of the refrigerator 2-4 hours before serving. After serving, it's advisable to wrap any remaining cake in an airtight container and store it in the refrigerator.

Does my cake have to be refrigerated ?

No, if your party is on the same day as the cake pickup, it does not have to be refrigerated. To ensure the best taste and texture:

Keep the cake out at room temperature ( away from direct sunlight )for 2-4 hours before serving.

The cake can be displayed for inside parties without the need for refrigeration.

What is buttercream?

Buttercream is a velvety blend of butter, powdered sugar, and heavy cream, creating a rich and creamy frosting that us used on all of our cakes

What is filling?

Filling is an extra layer of yumminess placed between each layer of the cake and our delicious buttercream frosting

How big is the cake box?

The size of the cake box depends on the cake's diameter:

-6-inch cakes are placed in a 10-inch box.

-8-inch cakes are placed in a 12-inch box.

-Tier cakes are placed in a 12-inch box.

Do you offer gluten-free options?

Yes! Any cake flavor can be made gluten free upon request

How do you handle food allergies?

We take food allergies seriously. Please let us know about any allergies when placing your order, and we'll do our best to accommodate your needs.

Do you offer delivery or pickup options?

We currently offer pickup in North Bellmore. If you need delivery, please feel free to ask, as it may be available upon request.

What are your payment methods?

We accept various payment methods, including Zelle & Venmo and cash for in-person orders. Details will be provided during the ordering process.
